Karim Farms

Karim Farm and Creamery uses the milk from their small herd of Jersey cows to make small batch, European-style artisan cheeses. Our Products

Karim Nordic:  A Swiss-style cheese originally developed in Norway, with a small eyes 
and a creamy texture.  

Vertalia:  An artisan, Italian-style cheese unique to Vermont.  This cheese has a complex, mild, almost nut-like with hints of cheddar flavor.  

Farmhouse Cheddar:  A lively, fairly mild cheddar. 

Piora:  Alpine cheese originating in (and very popular there) the Italian speaking part of 
the Swiss Alps.  Excellent semi-melting sandwich cheese with a provolone-like flavor that seems to go with everything.  

Hispanico: A cow’s milk Manchego-style cheese, which according to our Spanish acquaintances brings back the flavors of home. 

Gruyere:  A mild French Alps version.
